Trip Monitor:

Trip Monitor is a 24-hour helpline where case managers maintain regular telephonic contact with a motorist to facilitate safe travel. It includes monitoring short distances at 30-minute intervals or more (such as traveling between home and work), as well as long distances such as holiday trips.

Whether the member is running between meetings, needs an airport transfer, their car has been booked in for a service and needs to be collected from the dealership, or their child needs to be collected from school, they can rely on this service for assistance.

The Road Guard Service provides armed response units to members during a roadside assistance emergency. This Road Guard will be dispatched to the member by the Call Centre and will wait with the member for up to a maximum of 2 hours.

Security on the go uses the latest technology to identify and dispatch the closest Armed Response vehicle to your live GPS location. In the event of an emergency, simply press the mobile panic button via the app or the standalone GPS panic button.

PANIC SOS will be there to assist 24/7 no matter where you are. In any form of emergency where you are unable to contact the call centre telephonically by pressing the SOS Panic button on your cell phone, our emergency alarm centre will contact you back to assess your emergency needs.

When a family member dies, simply contact the Call Centre. The nearest funeral services branch will then contact them within the next few minutes. When the Funeral Service conducts a funeral for the member, they are assured of quality service and products. In addition, a discount of up to 10% is granted on the coffin & service fees, provided the complete funeral service is done through the respective Funeral Parlours.
